“This review is about the 2019 batch (France). I previously had a 2017 batch (with silver cap), which was truly amazing (!!). This new 2019 French batch however is different: The whole magic is lost. It smells much more harse, lemonly. The whole smokey, slightly sweeter and rounded smell which blends smoothly with the scent of your skin from previous silver cap CDNI is gone. In the drydown it comes closer to the 'silver cap original' but too little too late. The magic touch is just gone. I guess Armaf made a huge mistake with their new formula. I ordered two 2019 batches at various distributors and both are just (very) different from the 'orginal' with silver cap. It was by far my favourite smell but with this new formula it's gone. Unfortunately I therefore advice NOT to buy, at least I'm not going to buy the Armaf CDNI again :( What's a good replacement is now the question...”
“Just got this today and had to put it to the test right away. I sprayed 2 times before I left the house and about 6-7 hrs later I was back home and could still smell it lightly on the jacket I was wearing. The smell is the real deal. Got a date coming up and this is just icing on the cake.”
