“Another great Armaf production that was worth the small amount of money that I paid for it.Smells like Christian Dior's Dior Homme. Like coffee, like chocolate, like lipstick. The opening smells like a floral aquatic like a perfume and is quite deceiving considering how much it diverges from the dry down which smells like a chocolate leather cosmetics purse sweetened with leftover lavender. On me the smell lasts for upwards of 7 hours, but the projection is mild to moderate at best. I can smell the cologne easily when I'm at a standstill or in a room sitting. But when I start walking the fragrance dissipates. This makes the Armaf performance similar to the Dior product.Dior Homme is smoother and a touch more "lipsticky" than the Armaf, and this is probably due to the cocoa vs the roasted coffee substitution. Either way, the basic fragrance is addicting. If you try it for even 2 days you'll love it as I have.”
“Nice fragrance but not as strong as I was expecting. The liquid is a greenish color and not blue like the picture. It's nice but I'm very disappointed in how weak it is.”
“I’ve never smelt Dior Homme before so I can’t compare the two, however for £15 or so this would be a nice addition to anyone’s fragrance collection. The packaging is impressive, high quality. I see where people are coming from saying that this (and apparently the original) have a ‘waxy lipstick’ scent to them. It’s not a bad thing at all, it’s very pleasant. This is quite a young trendy scent to my nose, powdery and floral. Being an EDP the longevity and projection seem great to me. It really reminds me of the smell that hits you as you walk into the fragrance section in Boots. In my opinion it’s very good but not great. I will use it of course, but it’s not a favourite, however for the price I paid I am very happy with it. Save up and get ‘Armaf - Club De Nuit Intense Man’ though of course if you’re looking for something truly special.”
