“I did receive this product in an Influenster Box. I'm not a big fan of smoky strong woody scents. These were smoky notes and Amber coming through with a little vanilla but also a leather like scent lol. I would have to smell it on someone else first again to buy it for future gifts for guys.”
“Overall I don't mind the scent of this Cologne, it's not too offensive or overpowering. However it's not my favorite because it has quite a few sweet notes, lots of vanilla among other things. I typically prefer a cologne with a bit more depth and Woodiness to it. If that is something you seek I would not buy this cologne.”
“This review took me a week of wearing to write. The 1st initial spray smells like a whiskey bomb, but dries out fast to a nice vanilla almost campfire smell. I get so many compliments wearing this cologne more than my daily one I use. It last in my skin over 6 hours. My brother loves it also looks like we will be buying more of this when it's gone. “I'm not a fan of most scents, they tend to be strong and notes not clear. This is the best mens perfume I've smelled in years. Top Notes: Whisky Absolute, Bergamot are very obvious, Middle note: Chestnut is very obvious. I would say it's a "man's man" scent also a natural scent without hints of any enhancing chemicals. The perfume lasts from morning to evening. My gentleman model/s love it. I definitely recommend this product and the scent left behind after it's used. Highly recommend and will purchase as gifts.”

“It may be the name, but Gentleman smells like a Bond film: a little boozy, a bit dark, but with an underlying fresh vitality (I'm in love with bergamot and vetiver), all smoothed over into a cohesive blend. It's old wood and bourbon in cut-glass, diffuse light playing over cufflinks, and a Mona Lisa smile waiting in the wings in an evening gown. Either that or Perry Mason. If I had a complaint, it would be that it loses complexity quite quickly on the dry-down. It grows pretty generic, but is still quite lovely. The bottle is also stunning: amber liquid smoking into mystery with a black ombre, marked only with the Givenchy logo in gold -- so much classier than anything more involved would ...”
