“What I like about it are the smoked vanilla tones. It reminds me of Tom Ford's 'Tobacco Vanilla' but with more of a spice to it. It takes a different approach from the original Givenchy Gentleman. This has a more sophisticated tone. It doesn't take too much application. 2-3 sprays should suffice.”

“I am not one to normally spend $83 on a 2-ounce bottle of cologne, but this seems to be worth it. The whiskey aroma top note is not overpowering, the chestnut middle note is well balanced, and the cedar bottom note is present. The other notes help balance them quite well. This is definitely something I will use to the last drop. While I normally buy something more in the range of a $40 four-ounce bottle, I find this quite pleasant. Almost enough to actually purchase this at full price. The packaging was secure, and the scent seems to be quite long-lasting even with just a small spritz. This is something that could be worn any time of day or night. I am highly impressed.”
