“Not sure why they say its for men. Very heavy rose with oud in the background type scent. To me it smells like MFK - Oud Silk Mood. If you are a big fan of Rose scented perfumes then this will fit right in. Projection is pretty strong so I would recommend not wearing it in an office setting. It would be good for a summer day outside.”
“My husband likes this scent! It is hard to explain but unique and as he says like a manly baby powder smell. It’s not too strong and doesn’t choke you up when you first spray it. It smells a bit different on everyone as it mixes with body chemistry but all of my boys like it and I am impressed with the bottle and packaging.”
“I wish I liked this more. This is a nicely packaged perfume in an attractive bottle with a lacy top. The scent does not smell like lemongrass or rose as described but is spicy and vintage. It is okay but definitely not my favorite.The current price of $44.99 ($49.99 minus $5) is competitively priced for perfume like this but it is not one I would order again as I have to really love it to pay that much.”
“I got this thinking my son would like it. The packaging is great, and he immediately commented that the bottle was really neat looking. I did have some reservations when I read the description because of the rose. Sure enough, when we sprayed it he said that it smelled too much like a woman. The rose overwhelms the other notes. So I decided to use this. Several hours after putting it on, I am now noticing the leather base notes. It reminds me a bit of the “leather and tobacco” type candles including that bit of sweetness that tobacco often brings. The rose notes are definitely still there, and to me this still smells more feminine than masculine. If this were marketed as a women’s perfume or even as a gender neutral cologne I’d give it four stars (I don’t think the strength of the fragrance lasts enough for five stars). I actually really like this as a fall and winter fragrance for me. I don’t think I’ll use it so much in the spring or summer.”
