Don't always blame the perfume; sometimes your body chemistry doesn't agree with certain ingredients in perfumes, lotions, etc. Or maybe you just have a bad batch. As far as if you didn't receive your product, sometimes companies like Ups steal people's products, like they stole my shoes a month ago. All you have to do is contact the seller and have them reship your product or give you your money back. It's not hard, guys.
