“L'eau de Issey is a fresh citrus and floral scent that is really hard to dislike and is an easy grab for warm days. Start's with a fruity freshness before evolving into floral and finishing as a bit woody. It's extremely clean and invigorating on a bright warm/hot morning. It's from the 90s but smells less outdated than some other recent releases at triple the price. It has this very chic Japanese feel while being extremely likeable and subtle. If it had a high price tag associated with an expensive beauty product from Japan like Shiseido it would not surprise me at all. It's clean, affordable, unique, invigorating and fashionable without smelling cheap. What more could you want?”
