“I'll start with the packaging. It's my first Arabic perfume, so naturally I was highly impressed with the box , the presentation, the bottle! Everything screams $120+ perfume. The value is there. Longevity? A beast. Now to the scent itself... I read descriptions, watched reviews like crazy, yet I took the chance of blind buying as in never smelled it before. I own Killian and the notes for Oriana seem to be close enough, as these are 2 that this perfume gets compared to I thought it was a safe blind buy. Not so much. I don't hate it but don't love it either. On me it pulls A LOT more floral than Killian. Not as sweet as everyone describes. I can't even get the candy notes at all. I dropped a star for that. I will store it and give it a few months and check back, see what that whole maceration thing does for Arabic perfumes.**Update 4/29: Maceration is definitely a thing. The rose note that was bothering me so much finally dies down quite a bit. I still layer it with vanilla body sprays to give it a less floral tone but it has gotten smoother. Still keeping the 4 stars. I hope it only keeps getting better.”
“This fragrance is very very sweet. I do not know if it has to macerate and I'm sure it'll only get better with time. When it first sprays out it's super duper marshmallow sweet. I have not smelled oriana but I do have love don't be shy which I heard is between the two, but I'm sure I will reach for this as time goes on.”
“If you like the way Orange Creamsicle pops smell you will love this. This is a great gourmand for summertime. I am gonna pair this with LATTAFA QAED AL FURSAN UNLIMITED. LATTAFA QAED AL FURSAN UNLIMITED Smells like Coconut, Vanilla and musk. The two combined smell like a pina colada milkshake. The musk in Ansaam gold smells like a sweet milky candy. The top notes stick around, you really do get an orange creamsicle vibe. Love this. 10/10 I would recommend buying the two. Whoever said it smelled like old lady needs to get their nose checked lol”
“I love the way this smells. The best way I can describe it is like a warm floral. It's not too sweet but it's not too floral either. I love it so much! The longevity is not bad, but it's not my most long wearing perfume. So far one of my favorite blind buys!”
