“Love Oud, patchouli and incense. This hits all three and stays!! It’s a woodsy patchouli smell that could be used by men or women. Put one spray on my wrist, rubbed together and went off for the day. Got little wisps off it all day. That night took a shower and dressed for bed. Sat down to to watch tv and got another little wisp of it!!!! Now i probably didn’t get soap on my wrist when i showered ,I was washing my hair, but def got water on it repeatedly. That’s staying power.I love it and def going to try the Amethyst .”
“If you have no knowledge on what oud based colognes smell like I'd run to your local Macy's and determine whether or not that scent appeals to you before purchasing and claiming it smells like garbage.. This scent profile is not suitable for everyone. I'm 24 and in college, this gets compliments daily and definitely sets you aside from everyone else. If you're daring and like to move in silence but don't mind the attention, this is the cologne for you as it'll add more of a mischievous appeal to you. Great projection and longevity, again keep in mind everyones body chemistry is different and longevity and or projection might not be the same case for everyone.”
“This was a blind buy, I’ve never smelled Oud for Greatness so can’t give comparison. If you like oud fragrances, get this. The bottle and packaging are fantastic quality, it’s a thick boi. Heavy and solid, gorgeous attention to detail and packaging design. The fragrance is definitely masculine but with an underlying sweetness that lures you in. It’s distinct but not so loud that it becomes irritating over time. It smells slightly different on my partner and I. On him it’s warm, spicy but gentle musk. On me it’s a little sweeter and lighter on dry down. Both of us were pleasantly surprised and this is his new signature scent. It’s reminiscent of sweet hookah smoke tangled in your hair, wrapped in a leather jacket on a autumn night in in the city. This is definitely a evening/date night/fall & winter fragrance. I would say it’s too rich for an office or school setting and would trigger anyone with fragrance sensitivities. If you dislike richly spiced, intense oud and complex musk fragrances then this is not the one for you.”
