“I’m impartial about writing this review. Purchased this cologne a few weeks ago. Extremely pleased with the fragrance of the cologne and the bottle design is very unique. But… when I opened the package, the bottle leaked the whole time it was delivered, leaving less than half of actual fluid within the bottle. I messaged customer service about 8 days ago (today is 3/28/23) to either send another bottle or refund my money. I’ve yet to receive an email back from customer service.”
