As with Eilish No. 1, Nebras has a sought-after sweetness but not in an overwhelming, sickly, or syrupy way. It is definitely multi-layered and will layer well with more fragrances. So glad that you've noticed why Nebras is among the favorites!

Now, onto what y'all have been waiting for: Is it a dupe for Eilish? The accords? The notes? Yeah, I gotcha, let's get into it!
I tested a sample of Nebras that I got from a decanter and then went to Ulta to test Eilish side by side next to it. What I can tell you, based on my nose because scent can be subjective, is this: The openings are different. Nebras comes in with a slightly spiced, sweet opening, while Eilish opens up sweet. But when you get to the drydown the only notable difference is that Nebras has that stronger cacao-vanilla accord, while Eilish dials down on it. But virtually, it is a dupe to Eilish and it really depends on your preference. I choose Nebras because it is more interesting and warmer to my nose.
The accords I pick up on are the vanilla, sweet, and warm spicy accords, with the warm spicy accord slightly standing out for me. The notes, as listed on Fragrantica are:
Top Notes: Red Berries, Mandarin Orange
Middle Notes: Vanilla, Cacao, Rose
Base Notes: Sugar, Tonka Bean, Amber, Musk
Should you get it? If you're looking for something a little more interesting scent wise, I would get Nebras. If you're already in love with the Eilish perfume (which I don't blame you, she's gorgeous!), then get that one. For me, the Nebras bottle is more interesting in terms of aesthetics, if you're deciding which one would look best on your vanity.”
