“I could smell this for many hours after first spraying and could even smell it on my clothes after they'd been washed! The fragrance is hard describe but very fresh and fruity.”
“The notes of Opulent Red are very misleading. It sounds soo beautiful and complex. However the reality is that it smells horrible. The opening is all over the place and mostly metallic. Then I get the animalistic note over everything. I smells like a taxidermy beaver completed by someone who doesn’t know how to clean animal fur. It’s nasty and makes me nauseous. That being said, it dries down in the end to a calmer scent that smells like old fermented fruit and feet. It is a long lasting scent, about 8-12 hrs. My husband said it doesn’t smell bad. From a distance it may get compliments! But up close on skin it’s quite unbearable to wear. Not a safe blind buy. Tiktok failed me. Save your money for another Lattafa fragrance.”
“I seriously wanted to love this perfume. I read lots of reviews (since it’s a blind buy), and what I got was that it was strong and you had to spray and let the dry down take you to musky heaven. I tried multiple times, the only thing I smell, other than some musky notes is … formaldehyde, musky scented formaldehyde. I even sprayed it on paper and let it dry overnight and still, formaldehyde musk😞The bottle and packaging is gorgeous - I guess another reason why I really wanted to love it.”
“I bought this as it is often compared to Alien by Thierry Mugler. Has nothing like it so skip it if that would be the reason for your purchase. It has an extremely strong scent of petrol. It made me gag tbh. It has quite good longevity. I could still smell it after washing my hair.”

“I’m by no means an expert when it comes to cologne- I generally prefer wearing essential oils as fragrance (patchouli, lavender, frankincense, myrrh, lime and Clary Sage most often) Compared to essential oils such as these, most cologne smells like cheap imitations with rubbing alcohol lol. But with that being said, I purchased this on a whim, as I love the scent of Oud and its diverse array of variations. And, let me say, I didn’t merely like this cologne, I Love It! It smells beautiful, dark and most of all, classy! It is potent as it still smells strong well past the eight hour mark. The scent seems to evolve synergistically with one’s body chemistry in a slowly weaving way that would seem to give one their own slightly unique variation of this beautiful fragrance. More than merely unisex, I would classify as Both masculine and feminine, if that makes sense. I am seriously impressed with the quality, fragrance and long lasting fragrance of this wonderful cologne! 5 Huge Stars!”
