“I knew as soon as the postman handed me the package that something was amiss. The bottle was broken at the neck inside the packaging and every single drop had leaked out and soaked the packaging and the padded envelope. The neck of the bottle appears too small and weak to support the heavy top. Having said that, the company issued a refund when I contacted them with no quibbles. I think I really like the smell though, as I have kept the empty box which acts as a room diffuser and emits a rather lovely aroma (for now). I’ve even still got the padded envelope in a drawer to lightly fragrance some clothes. All in all I think I probably would buy it again as it does smell good.”
