“They did not disappoint when I bought this instead of Creed's Green Irish Tweed. Simple as Creed is asking for too much when there are alternatives such as this that deliver the exact, or pretty darn close, same thing, for $25?! I mean come on, the new Creed stuff anyone somewhat into fragrances will tell you Creed's stuff is not what it was.I know everyone has their own take and lot of people you see get all emotional when making reviews. Think maybe we all smell things and our brains interpret it to our own smell preferences. For me, this is my buy right after running out last week. I've used Tres Nuit in the last and Armaf did a good job.Not long ago I was introduced to a fragrance house that really cought my attention. And it cought it like no one else did. First thing was the presentation. Usually that don't matter to most but when I seen how much detail and work put in, I really felt like Lattafa is showing their thanks and that made me look into how others in the fragrance community seen Lattafa. It was exactly what I felt. Then you open up the and get to the juice. I have now 16 Lattafa fragrances in my collection and I'm definitely a bit addicted to the whole fragrance collecting, but I have less than say 60, and 16 of those Lattafa. They have my loyalty. I can't even describe how great they are as a whole and they bring to me a new dimension to fragrance. They have their own masterpieces. I'm wearing right now out of the shower, Qaa'ed. Just to relax and read and I'm getting these whiffs of just a great mix of accords. This one has that lemon verbena that makes the great GIT smell. Parfums Vintage has one that uses it well to, but man this is a great steal at what I just paid for it. $25. I mean go check the price on Creed's site. $400+ easy. I mean Lattafa can easily charge way more and get it, yet they choose to let us get this great deal. This is just as close as you are gonna get and it's good on it's own with even the subtle differences. I find some dupes, or clones try too hard to be identical and what I like about Lattafa's scents is they give you that DNA vibe in the scent, yet throw around some notes here and there that are different. For me, I became so used to this when I had a chance to spray on GIT a few months back, I preferred this to them. Armaf does it good too, props to them. I think honestly the notes are used here pretty close. Some might say better quality ingredients, but I call anyone's bluff who can say they can distinguish what is and what is not quality. Creed does that a lot in their descriptions, and it's marketing 101. Instead of lemons, it's Sicilian grown lemons, and Haitian Vetiver.....blah blah.I know this is a hidden gem and shhhh...keep it that way. This beats GIT, price wise, this definitely beats out Cool Water and Tres Nuit. For $25 buy more cause you will eventually if you like that fall, spring breeze smell. What a masterpiece. I mean that. Oliver Creed or whoever made this scent DNA, wow what an accomplishment. Of all the different smells and you come thru with this. Just wow!!”
