This is a clone of Pegasus by Perfumes de Marley. I have not smelled the original fragrance so I cannot tell you how accurately it reflects the original. The fragrance is very good though. Very high quality for any price point. I have wore it twice now and both times the longevity was over 8 hours. It projects to about arms length through the first 4 or 5 hours. It cost me about $20. I wouldn't just recommend it, I suggest that you buy it. It is completely worth it.

I've worn it only a couple times and even though it doesn't smell bad, it does have a cheap feel.

I bought the Perseus version, in the silver bottle. It's supposed to smell like Pegasus by Parfums de Marly, which is an expensive fragrance. However, I don't own that one to compare. I thought the packaging and the bottle were very nice but I did not care for the scent. It's a powdery fragrance with notes of jasmine, bitter almond, and lavender. It can be unisex but it leans more feminine in my opinion. It doesn't have the wow factor, projection or longevity that I was looking for. It's just a kind of soft almond cookie smell and it fades within a few hours. But if that is something that sounds good to you, then by all means try it.

Sooo, the word on the street, (cause...you know...THAT'S what matters), says Perseus (around $20) is a 1/1 match for PDM Pegasus ($300+). I can't really give a fair comparison, having never experienced Pegasus, but sources suggest the match is VERY close. Make sure you know AND LIKE what you're buying before you go any further though (lesson learned for me). I figured I couldn't go wrong if Perseus was an 80% match to Pegasus (since the latter is a PDM product…and expensive AF!) so I just snatched it up. Well…the scent is 100% not for me, but the quality of the product is excellent. The bottle and atomizer are impressive, and the projection is monstrous, but the smell is more than I can handle. It's an overwhelmingly sweet and potent mixture of almond and vanilla crème that lasts FORever (I couldn't even wash it off). The best way I can think of to describe the smell is, “A Wendy's vanilla Frosty™, melted and sprayed up your nose”. If that's your vibe, this fragrance is well worth the money. If that's not an appealing thought though, try a different fragrance by Maison Alhambra. The quality and presentation are always en pointe and priced to fit anyone's budget.

Bought this blindly. Still trying to figure out if I can wear it. It is extremely sweet smelling and not what I'm used to. But it seems to last a while and honestly I have nothing bad to say about it.

The smell is like 95% to the original but the performance is next level, it's been 16 hrs and it's literally as if I put it on an hour ago, I don't think you can get a better clone
