“I will be honest, I got Creed Aventus and this one and put them side-by-side an here is what I noticed:1) There is a SLIGHT difference between the opening notes. Creed is sweeter at first and more mellow whilst this one is sharper and more acidic smelling right off the bat. BUT....2) After a couple of minutes (I'm talking literally 5min), the middle notes smell EXACTLY the same. You honestly cannot tell the difference.3) In terms of base notes - also extremely similar. After an hour or 2, you still cannot tell the difference.4) In terms of longevity, Creed wins out but not by much. But that is to be expected with the price difference and EDT vs EDP.Overall - GREAT substitute for Creed Aventus. The untrained nose and about 90% of most people will not tell the difference.”
