“I’ve waited a week or so of wearing this to post about it; as is sometimes the case my impression of it evolved as I became familiar with the scent.Starting with the packaging, it is very nicely done, and clearly reinforces the reputation of being a Creed Aventus clone. The bottle is heavy and feels great too.As for the scent, it’s awesome. I haven’t smelled Aventus but regardless this is great in its own right. Many have mentioned a punchy and chemically lemon pledge smell initially, and I can see that, but to me it’s quite fresh and lemony while not being too overpowering like a cleaner. The nose quickly recedes on the dry down to something more smoky, and this is where the scent really shines. The staying power is great, and lasts 5 hours for so on me before it dies down. All in all great value and absolutely worth the price.Edit: I did 4 sprays this morning at 7:45am and still getting hints of it at 9pm. Yet I don’t feel the sillage was in any way overpowering”
“Solid performance. If you get past the not so great opening of around 15 mins. The dry down and projection is solid. Spray on your clothes about 10-15 mins before you put on to avoid the opening. As for the value I mean you are saving about $220-$350”
“I wore this and all day long colleagues said ... “Who’s wearing Creed Aventusâ€? “Oh Dr. you’re wearing Creed Aventus! I just smiled and said ... you’ve got a good nose. 🤔”
“I bought it based on the reviews. I also got me a sample of the actual creed. Club de nuit’s opening is very citrusy and strong. Once it settles it literally smells like creed aventus. Can not tell the diff once it settles. Warning: you will not like the opening. Don't buy it and complain it doesn't smell like aventus.”
