“As an owner of four different batches of genuine Creed Aventus, all with slightly different nuances themselves, this cologne is no Aventus. Let’s be clear about that right upfront. An amateur fragrance aficionado, I can tell the difference immediately. This scent lacks the refined quality of something from the house of Creed. It is obviously using cheaper quality ingredients and is missing a few notes. But it’s not all bad news. This is an excellent attempt at a clone for Aventus. At basically 1/10th the price, it is a solid buy, even if it’s a blind purchase. I personally wore this scent three times this week at work, secretly in place of Aventus, and low and behold, the compliments continued. Coworkers simply said keep wearing that Creed because it smells delicious. They had no idea I was wearing a much cheaper scent. Sillage projection is not quite as great, but still very very good. People will definitely know you’re wearing this. But in a good way. Strong, sharp, punchy, but not overpowering. Longevity is comparable but not quite the staying power of Aventus. Again, at a fraction of the cost, you can simply spray an extra 2-3 sprays halfway through the day to keep smelling amazing. The bottle of juice I received is genuine. Believe it or not, there are knockoffs of knockoffs. As funny as it sounds, my purchase was a genuine knockoffs. This fragrance works well with my skin chemistry but please know that everyone is different. What might smell amazing to you on one person, might stink when you wear it. A simple fact you must accept when it comes to fragrances. That is some of the reasons you see reviews polar opposites of each other. A high quality genuine Creed Aventus will probably smell great on about 90% of people. Whereas, maybe only half will smell great using this scent. When you want that high level of quality, a price must be paid. Don’t get me wrong, I honestly think Creed fragrances over still over priced, even with the niche community. However, you get what you pay for.Tl;drLooking for a close match to Creed Aventus that “most†people won’t be able to smell the difference? Get this fragrance. Cheap. Smells super pineapple-y. Worth the money.”
“This is not a Creed Aventus substitute. It shares some characteristics with Creed. Albeit, Creed is much better and smoother fragrance. The initial application of this cologne left me thinking, "Wow, I just wasted 35 dollars!" However, after the rude and overbearing application, the Club De Nuit cooled down and had a pleasant and masculine smell, which I find is a spicy smokiness reminiscent of Aramis and Devin of the late 70's and early 80's.Three things to consider.1. The application is rough. It is a lemony mess that goes on too strong. 15-20 minutes cool down is needed to enjoy the fragrance.2. After wearing it a few times, it seems to smell better on me after a few times using the cologne.3. It will solicit compliments if it is not over-applied (3 sprays, IMO).”
“I ordered it here Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man EDT Men New in Box, 3.6 oz  This fragrance became known to myself and everyone else on the web as being similar to Aventus for much less investment. I have worn Aventus, liked it but not the top of my list, and in the back of my mind I always thought it would be a cool scent to have if I could find it at discount, which never seems to happen. The Armaf does resemble Aventus for sure, especially after about 15-20 minutes. It's actually pretty surprising. It projects well. It smells expensive. Regarding what many say about the opening, it's not bad at all, there's a strong citrus that quickly mellows out, it's not a bad smelling citrus either. For those in the younger crowd that maybe have only heard of Aventus, it's an older guys cologne. I'd say 40 and up. Masculine but mellow. It smells like you should have a crisp button down shirt tucked into nice slacks. I give this 4 stars for value, a very good fragrance, you will be smelling good and people will like it. If you want to smell a 5 star fragrance check out Godolphin Parfums de Marly Godolphin Men's EDP Spray, 4.2 oz.”
“At first i didnt like the initail opening but the dry down scent turned into something amazing....everyone who has smelled it on me has loved it! And the perfermance is also great....i was leaving a room and someone stated that they could smell me in the hallway”
“This is an interesting scent... It's often touted as a Creed Aventis 'knock off'. While similar, it's not going to fool anyone who knows Creed Aventis. It starts off with a strong lemon note and dries down to a much more 'smoky' scent. The dry down is much better than the opening so give it a chance. That said it has very good performance at a good price. It's pleasant but 'dark' - a fall/winter scent. More mature, less sweet smelling. More business exec than surfer boy like so many scents today. Definitely masculine, also unlike many scents today.Bottom line, if you are looking for something unique and mature smelling that is somewhat like Creed Aventis, this is a decent pick. Standing on its own, I have to say this is better than 80% of the fragrances on the market - even the very popular ones like Aqua di Gio, Dolce and Gabanna The One, etc...”
