“I loved this scent right out of bottle but by dry down there's little left. By 30 mins there's not a hint left. I sprayed my clothes and skin and can't get it to last on anything. In three days I've used over half and inch out of the bottle trying to get the scent to stay on. I'm not sure if this is a dupe for something but if it is you'd probably be better off buying the real thing and having to use less; the cost would probably come out the same.A real shame because I LOVE the scent.”
“Initially, two things stuck out to me about this scent: 1. It is unremarkable. 2. It smells familiar. While the first proved to be untrue, the second one remained relevant. I had to spend some time thinking on this one, as it seemed like something I already have. After a few days of wearing it, experiencing how it changes and how it makes me feel, it hit me. Go with me... You're on a boat (nothing special, just a boat), the sun is soon to set, there is a gentle breeze and the water is placid. As you gaze into the final rays of the day, a sweet lady brings you your favorite drink, and hands you a freshly lit cigar or pipe. You take a sip, enjoying the warmth and taste of the oaky libation, then immediately take a leisurely puff of that cigar/pipe. The moment you blow out the smoke, the breeze catches the essence of the tobacco and mixes it with the scent of fresh clean water, the scent of your fine cognac/whiskey, and the lingering aroma of a beautiful woman... Yeah. It's like that.”
