“I am an old, experienced nose and a bit-of a parfum snob. I watched a YouTube review of this scent by another experienced perfumer. She loves Mulhallat AlhOudh and the notes sounded like something I should not miss.I’ve been wearing this for months, and the bottle is about 2/3 full still. A little goes a long way.I cannot stress this enough.Two drops will last all day. In this case “concentrated” means just that.I put a micro-drop in my leave-in hair conditioner and my hair smells divine all day.Geranium and rose are prevalent upon top note, but the resinous basenotes intermingle throughout.Because it’s an oil, the notes last much-longer than with an alcohol formula. The notes also blend at a different rate, so this scent has top, mid-top, late-top, top-heart, heart-bass: if you know what I mean, you get this parfum enough to try it.It’s very wearable, but there’s definitely an Arabian feel: spices, flowers, warmth, incense, smoothness, rich.I get so many compliments when I wear this scent. Friends are amazed that it cost so little.Simply gorgeous falcon topped with a glass “stone” and glass dauber make application as glorious as this mulhallot (which means mixture or formula)Scent is so personally subjective, and I love the House of Rasasi, but I find this the most complex and beautiful of the house.For the price, it’s a beautifully-unique scent that you should try. You may find your new signature.Nothing else smells quite like Mukhallat alHoudh”
“I have to say I was not really crazy about this scent. It says unisex but with the dark notes and spice in this, I would definitely lean this towards a scent for men. It has musk tones that would be very masculine on a woman. I ended up giving it to my guy and he seemed to like it.”
