“To my nose it’s all spicy dried fruit (maybe oranges and plums?) and a whiff of vanilla - and an oakmoss/vanilla drydown, and it’s absolutely delicious!! Here’s my take on it:Swiss Arabian’s Hayfa “opens with Green notes, Spices, Rosemary, Lotus, Palm Leaf and Mint. In the heart notes we find Jasmine, Orange Blossom, Ylang-Ylang, Iris and Rose. The base is populated by Woody notes, Sandalwood, Patchouli and Oakmoss.”After one application of this Concentrated Perfume Oil yesterday around 9 am, I’m still getting lovely whiffs of the warm vanilla/orange/oakmoss drydown this morning. Yum. But the top notes are fantastic as well so I just daubed on a little more ;-)10/10 would buy again!”
“I absolutely love the smell of this perfume. I got it in the sample pack first and immediately ordered the full size. Unfortunately, my full size bottle was not 15 mL. There couldn’t have been more than 2 mL in there. I don’t know if it evaporated or something, I don’t even think that can happen. It didn’t leak out in the package or box. I am so upset about this. I can’t order a free replacement because I have used the less than 2 mL that I got. No other reviews seem to complain about this so maybe I got a bad batch.”
“Arrived earlier than expected, very nice packaging and pretty bottle. The scent (HAYFA) smelled plain weird to me. The floral/ fruit part of the scent just didn’t seem to mix with the vanilla-y notes so it smelled like baking and overripe fruit. I don’t especially like smelling of vanilla and didn’t see that mentioned in the description. My husband said it made me smell like an old lady . So I tipped it away and washed out the bottle. I’ll mix my own perfume oil and use the bottle for that. I’m not going to give it a bad rating because I didn’t like the smell - other people may like it just fine.”
“I like the perfume. However the scent is very light and tends to go unnoticed unless I pair it with one of my other oils. Also if you have sensitive skin be aware not to put heavy amounts directly in skin . Lovely scent”
