DO follow the instructions... don't smell it right from the bottle. You will not get the full effect. DO dab it on places that will "heat up" such as the crease of your elbows, between breasts, behind the knees, and behind ears. Dabbing on pulse points of wrists is good too but the scent doesn't last as long as in places that are creased.
