Neha is one of the worst employees I’ve dealt with very incompetent. 1st their prices are extremely expensive compared to other oud sites and on top of that even though you are a regular customer and have a profile with them they treat you like garbage if you encounter an issue. Last purchase was over 230$ they shipped it to the wrong address and instead of resending my goods or refunding me they stopped answering. On their website they have my right address and contact info. No email response no chat response they are thieves! Good luck”
