I just had to have it.It had an oil base to the perfume, and a wand attached inside the cap which I had never seen before.I am glad to have taken a chance on this oil base perfume. “Very beautiful bottle wonderful packaging. The scent is strong at first a little goes a long way. At first the scent isn’t my favorite but as it settles into your chemistry it changes and becomes a beautiful light fragrance that lasts all day and some through the night. I’ve started wearing this on just my ankles and behind my knees a small dab from the glass applicator is enough and keeps it light. Too strong for wrist and neck it will overpower you but a small dab on the ankles and knees is just enough.”
