“Arriving heavily taped and protected from Bahrain, the actual container was a bit smaller than imagined, but the fragrance is complex and exotic and lingers in my home. This Bakhoor has the consistency of pipe tobacco and is moist. A small spoonful on my charcoal burner creates a heavy, thick smoke that seeps into your wall, clothing, and your furniture, and leaves your home smelling unique. I used it for the first time 4 days ago, and today, when I came home from work, it still smelled very nice as I walked in the house. Recommend you try it!”
“Unique, exotic bakhoor '(Hajar al-Aswad) reaches in and awakens my soul . I don't know how to describe such an exotic fragrance, but if you consider yourself a connoisseur of fine fragrances, you must try it. But beware...it's addictive! Five stars plus!!!”
“This smells nothing like the bakhoor I've purchased while in the Gulf countries. It has a mild fruity odor with overtones of detergent, like a bad grape shisha. Burns nicely, attractively packaged… not the smell I was looking for.”
