“Great product but very poor delivery partners. The logistics company policy is to leave the product at the kerbside. This entails leaving a large pallet with frame to which the door is strapped with heavy duty clingfilm. I now have a garage taken up by a huge wooden pallet and frame I have no idea how to get rid of and the delivery company have said they don’t take them back!”

We’re very pleased to hear you’re happy with the product itself, but we’re sorry to learn that the delivery experience left you frustrated. Kerbside delivery is the standard method used for larger, palletised items to ensure safe transport, however we completely understand that the leftover pallet and frame can be inconvenient once the door has been unpacked.
Some of our other customers have recycled the spare pallet wood left over as firewood, or some have even reported they reused it for their own projects!
