“The door was fabulous and well made but I ordered wrong size and when I asked them to send a bigger door which I would have payed for delivery and take the small door back they refused so when ordering anything off this company any problems with order you have to take the door back to company in Birmingham so order the right size because nobody is willing to help solve the mishap which was my mistake”

“So I've already written a review on here but clearly, it's been removed...so not only did the door take weeks longer to come, but we finally got it up in the door frame and the wood is bowed and uneven, so the bottom of the door sticks out a few mm despite the middle and top being flat and level and the door frame being level, horrific product and overcharged massively, never use these people.”

“It has been a pleasure dealing with Sarah Parker at Internal doors! We visited the showroom on a Saturday morning (Hinckley) and was delighted at just how many doors were on display, something that is rarely offered by other companies. “Beautiful doors and very good finish, heavy and look high quality, I decided on the Torino doors which are mid range price wise, so not cheap.
When fitting the doors, I was very surprised that the area around the door locks is only chip board and does not have a solid wood insert manufactured into the door, they are holding up for now but at this price point I would have expected better quality.
Feedback and updates on my delivery were not corresponded to me at all, I had to call them, though I understand all businesses are suffering with supply issues however all 8 doors that I ordered were showing in stock when I placed the order, I was told when I spoke to them they were waiting for some items to complete my order and it would be slightly delayed I didn't expect nearly 2mths.
Delivery was very good and on time with correspondence from the delivery company.”

Thank you for taking the time to discuss your order with me, I have taken your comments surrounding the delivery updates on board and I have spoken with the relevant departments. I am sorry that on this occasion your experience was not to our usual high standards.
The doors you have ordered are veneer doors, these are made with a composite core of High Density Fiberboard. The construction method used for our doors is available to view on our website. They do have a Solid lipping all around the doors to allow for the 16mm trimming allowance which is why the hinges had a solid wood section. On our call, I did advise that the door in question does have a 10-year manufacturer's warranty so if you do experience any problems at all please do reach out to us and we would be happy to assist further.
Once again I am sorry that your experience has not been a positive one and I would like to assure you that we do take your feedback on board.
