“Can't fault the ordering and delivery process. The bulbs are very bright and provide a good thermal gradient however, I think I may return them, one day they turn on (with timers each morning) and the next day/ days they don't. I am having to unscrew the bulbs from the holder and then re-screw them back in to get them working again, which isn't very good for the bulbs lifespan and annoying for me. I have never had this problem with mercury vapour bulbs from Solar Glo, Reptile Systems or Zoomed so its a bit strange. The bulb holders are all in good working order and suitable for the wattage. Hard to believe its just a one off as its both bulbs. I run 10+ mercury vapour bulbs of different wattage, brands etc never had any issues with turning on and off.”
