“After a vivarium, found one great price but after placing my order only receiving confirmation and told that it had been shipped. Stayed like that for 4 days and then after two emails and 4 phone calls which no one answered I finally got a very blunt email back saying 'we don't deliver to you we have refunded your money'. Still waiting for that money back in my account and still no more response from the company. So disappointed as it could have been avoided by just showing a little courtesy and awareness.”
