“I'm a first-time customer. I ordered a tub of medium-sized crickets, I got very tiny little ones instead! I won't be using this company again! I've already found another supplier! Such a simple order and you messed it up, this is why I've rated you 1 star!”

“Ordered from Internet reptile before but this is the first time I orders live food , I missed the delivery so had to pick up next day from my local mail centre. I was a bit worried my bugs may of died or at least a few but on opening was pleased to see two bouncing boxes of bugs full of life . I will definitely buy them again as actually in better condition than the ones I buy from my local rep shop and a better price too”
