“I’ve been taking Luna Kids, for two years now. It is my favorite and most effective sleep aid. It contains melatonin, but also chamomile and valerian, both excellent sleep aids. The chewable tablets are tasty and easy to chew, much better than the adult version, in my opinion.”

How would you rate Nested Naturals out of 5 stars?

“I wanted a product that wasn't just melatonin and could be used on the days my 4 year old had naps at preschool, to help her fall asleep more easily at night. She fights sleep anyway, so a product that helps her relax as well as ease into sleep, is just what I wanted. Luna works really well for this. It doesn't just knock her out, but helps her read her own body cues and learn to relax into sleep. I especially love the low dose of melatonin. I love this product and feel safer giving it to her than I did giving her other melatonin/sleep aid products.”

We're glad our LUNA Kids has helped the kids fall asleep. However, we're sorry to learn that it hasn't been as effective in helping them stay asleep throughout the night. Along with giving LUNA Kids, establish a consistent bedtime routine, create a comfortable sleep environment, and limit stimulants before bed to enhance their sleep experience.
