“Well, having used both products with and without melatonin I can say both work. I have tried melatonin products before to no avail. Try either product to see which works best for you.”

“I had tried many different sleep aids, but most contain Melatonin. As, like many other people, melatonin produced extreme diarrhea for me, so I was unable to take it. I found the Luna Melatonin-Free product and gave it a try. Results were not immediate for me, but after about one month of using this product, I was sleeping so much better it was remarkable. Now, I am not waking up during the night at all. I have restful wonderful sleep. I am so thankful that I found Luna Melatonin-Free, and I recommend it highly.”

“Unfortunately, this product didn't work for me. The first time I used the produce, I took two pills around 10:00 pm, feel asleep around 1:00 am. I gave it a second try--same results (couldn't fall asleep for several hours).”

“Desperate for sleep and sensitive to melatonin, I gave Luna Melatonin Free a shot; the first few nights my “normal” racing thoughts before bed were increased to the max, but I didn’t give up on Luna. It took me a few days to get used to the product, and the racing thoughts aren’t as bad as they were. Additionally, I’m the type of sleeper (or lack thereof) where I don’t really sleep, it’s more like naps where I’m up every 45 minutes or every other hour. With this product, I noticed I’m not waking up as frequently once I finally fall asleep—the other night I actually had 4 solid hours and felt great! BOTH are incredibly rare for me. I also take this product with magnesium to increase it’s benefits and effectiveness, and allow at least an hour for anything to kick in. I’m hoping with continued use, those racing thoughts diminish and I can work myself up to a full 8 hours a night (that would be a miracle!). My only wish would be to include some GABA, magnesium, and possibly some lavender in this product.”
