“I noticed a difference within 1 day of taking the pills. While my hot flashes are not gone the pills helped to ease them. I’m not as hot and ripping off layers to cool down. Flashes are much milder. Thank you”

“I have been taking this for a few years when I was experiencing hot flashes and all the side effects of menopause and within a few days of taking this product twice a day I saw results. The flashes were less frequent and don't last as long. I sleep better too! I also feel like I am much more relaxed. I love it and cannot go without it. Once when I ran out I saw the difference but luckily Nested Naturals are quick to mail out the order and I had the menopause natural care product again. Now I buy them in quantities of 2 or 3 just in case. Thanks for a great product!”

“I have been using this product for a couple of years. Whenever I run out, I can tell the difference in amount of Hot Flashes and the severity of them. They are more frequent and severe without your Menopause Complete. I will continue to use your product.”
