How would you rate Nested Naturals out of 5 stars?

“I take only 1 pill about a half hour before going to bed. It helps me sleep and I don't wake up groggy. If it fails to work after a while, I simply stop it for a few days and take something else instead (usually a tiny bit of melatonin, but it gives me weird dreams and if taken too long-nightmares and/or groggy mornings) and I always go back to Luna as it seems to help more than Pure ZZZs (which doesn't have L-theanine and only helped sometimes) or tart cherry (which I think may have too much melatonin for me- I literally nibble a tiny bit off a pill IF I take melatonin) or valerian root by itself. I find the combination of natural supplements in Luna is pretty darn good for sleep aid. Hope this helps others!”
