“I take it every morning with my herbal energy tea. I have tried other b-complex products that didn't do anything for me, but this seems to be giving me more energy.”

“Just started taking the Nested Naturals B-Complex. My super-b ran out from another brand and I decided to try this. So far so good. It doesn’t upset my stomach if I take it without food and no nasty aftertastes or effects.”

“It has biotin, folate, and niacin as well as B vitamins. I have never gotten niacin flush from this vitamin like I have from some other B complex supplements. My hair and nails grow so nicely when I take this. It's relatively easy to swallow too!”
