“I have only been taking Luna for a few days. Want o try it a little longer. Started taking 1 capsule but only slept for 4 hours straight, then cat napped the rest of the night. Last night I took 2 capsules, same thing happened. I also take 2 magnesium 1/2 hr after the Luna.”

“I don't have a problem going to sleep, I have a problem going back to sleep when I wake up during the night. My body adjusted to Luna slowly. With the OK of my doctor, I use 3 capsules instead of 2 because 2 weren't enough. Plus I started taking them when I got up during the night so they would last. Now, I am taking the 2-3 capsules when I go to bed, they are usually lasting thru the night.”

“Luna is my (and my husband's) favorite sleep aid. Unlike some others I have tried, Luna does not cause me to wake up more groggy in the morning. It helps you to drift off to sleep gently, and although sometimes we do wake up in the night, Luna makes it easier to go back to sleep again. I love it!”

“I was pleasantly surprised with how this Luna sleep aid helped me to fall asleep. I was taking a prescription drug as a sleep aid and didn't want to continue for health reasons. I had my doubts about an all natural sleep aid and thought it would never work! Needless to say i got groggy within 10-15 minutes and fell asleep shortly after that. I'm not groggy when I wake up in the morning and don't feel bad about taking Luna.”

“I've tried everything to help me sleep. I wanted something natural that helped me go to sleep and stay asleep and something that I could "shake off" in the morning without a problem. LUNA is the answer!”

“I have been using Luna at bedtime for a number of months. I chose it because of the dosage of melatonin and the choice of additional ingredients. I have purchased Luna from Amazon and directly from Nested. I highly recommend it.”
