“I think the pitcher is beautiful but with the lid on it takes a very long time to pour a glass of water. As for the filter…I am not a fan at all. I can’t even tell that the water has been filtered. It tastes horrible. Basically it tastes just like my unfiltered tap water. I definitely feel like I wasted a bunch of money on filters. But I do like the pitcher, just won’t be using the lid.”

If it is taking a while to pour water with the lid on, please try not pushing it too far down to allow water to pass through the rubber of the steel cylinder.
Further, the ON-THE-GO filter pouch purifies, increases the pH level and re-mineralize the water. It will also improve the taste and smell of water. We would suggest giving it a 2-3 week break-in period to allow your body to acclimate with the new alkaline environment.
