“I've been using these filters for awhile. At one point there was a change to the filters and it was a little trickier getting the filter in place properly so that water from the upper fill tank did not leak down the outside of the filter into the bottom tank. But it just took a little wiggling and pulling to get the filter properly seated. Other than that the filters have worked fine for me. I haven't truly tested the results of the filter. I did buy some paper testers that are supposed to measure alkalinity, but I wasn't sure of the results. I need to try a better method of testing. I will say this water gave me energy. I noticed that right away. And I suddenly realized, after using it for awhile, that my sciatica disappeared; and the pain in my feet when I got up and walked first thing in the morning, had also disappeared. I was not expecting those results. I had nothing else to attribute the change to. I hope and pray the owners of the product have integrity and will continue to produce a great product.”

“3-pack is less costly than purchasing one at a time. When a "sale" comes along, knowingly I'll use them in the future, I get them then. I would say, one lasts 3 to 5 months. Once in a while I'll test the water. Love the pitcher!”
