“I like the filters and the pitcher. However, sometimes the filter is difficult to remove.”

Hi, We saw your message and wanted to reach out. We're sorry to hear that you had difficulties removing the filter from the reservoir. When it is time to replace the PH001 filter, please take out the reservoir from the pitcher body and remove the old filter by gently twisting it and pushing from the bottom up. “I bought the pH RECHARGE 3F countertop version. I love that this raises the PH of our extremely acidic, Iron tasting water! Now our water tastes delicious! The 3 cartridges it uses are a bit difficult to replace and get positioned just right so that the water actually goes through the filter and not just around the base of the filter. Other than that I love everything about this!”
