Apparently you don’t seem to be responsible for the package because despite the numerous emails with bogus numbers you cannot offer an apology and send me my product. Sorry to hear that you find the water filtered with the PH002 filter having an off taste!
Adding the PH002 increases filtration time and as such, water is in contact with the filter ingredients longer which may cause it to have a stronger alkaline taste. Please try giving the PH002 another soak before attaching it back to the PH002 as this can help with the issue.

“Does not work properly with my PH001 filters for my PhRECHARGE 3F reservoir. The first filter makes contact with the water spiket in the reservoir and causes the filter to pop out causing a link of unfiltered water into my water supply. Although advertised its compatible, it is not, the design is flawed and needs to be corrected.
I am happy though with my PH001 filters, they work great!”

Sorry to hear about the issue with your RECHARGE unit and PH002 filters.
We have found that if you angle the reservoir into the unit so that the filter touches the side of the gasket, then push down on the reservoir, everything should fit great.
