The Route package protection covers for loss, damage, theft, failure of delivery etc of your order during shipping/transit. There is a off/on button you can click if you either want to avail or opt out the insurance before proceeding to the Checkout page. Sorry if that button was missed.

Have you tried checking your mailbox or asked family members if someone has seen the package?
