“The bottle design is beautiful! But my low rating is because the water is hard to drink with the filter in place, it's like drooling :\ Also, once I twisted the lid on, the glass crumbled. I had to throw it out. It's a beautiful product, and the packaging is gorgeous too! Just didn't have a great experience.”
