“I wish I had a water test kit to test this it does not alter pH in anyway I did use test strips and did not change pH I guess I would say somethings wrong with my filter or you guys lie”

Thank you for your time in leaving a review.
Our filters will generally raise the pH levels about 0.5 to 2 points so it does matter where your water is to start with.
We only recommend using a liquid pH test drop containing Phenol Red (we sell these in a three pack at our website. They are called pH PERFECT, and here is the link: https://invigoratedwater.com/collections/ph-testers/products/ph-drops-ph-perfect), or a digital pH test meter, in order to get an accurate reading.
If you happen to be using litmus test strips, please know that these will give inaccurate, false readings as they are meant to test the pH in urine and saliva, not water.

“The universal fit sadly did not fit on my faucet or my sons at his house.
I have reached out 3x to see about exchanging the 3 I purchased for something else. Not even asking for return monies, but I have not received any form of reply from the company.
