We suggest checking the area where the package was said to be left at, or please contact your local post office and request for further delivery information.

“The pH RESTORE pitcher I have now is plastic and it seems to have a pretty obvious design flaw. You cannot fill it more that half way, because water will stay in the reservoir, and when you go to pour some water, the unfiltered water will pour out, too. Is this problem addressed in the new pitchers, because I'd like to move on to glass. Also, do they use the same filters? I've got two left. Love the water's taste and all, I'd just like to move to glass or stainless steel”

We saw your message and we wanted to reach out.
We suggest filling the reservoir of your pH RESTORE once, let all the water filter through, and refill again. Please do not leave standing water in the reservoir as this will flow out as well when pouring the filtered water.
We now have a glass model of the pH RESTORE and it also uses the PH001 filter cartridge like the pH RESTORE plastic model.
