The counter decanter and the pitcher came instead. I decided instead of the hassle of returning I would keep them. “I really like the look of this pitcher and love that it’s glass, those are the main reasons I picked this pitcher over all the others I researched. And, drinking healthier water and helping the environment are a big plus, no doubt. However, I do have a complaint about this product: I don’t know if this is a defect in the glass or if it’s a design choice, but, the color of the glass at the base of the pitcher has a brownish tint which in turn reflects in the water, it makes the water look brownish yellow— not very appetizing. I took off the rubber glass protector at the bottom of the pitcher thinking this contributes to the yellow tint but it didn’t make much of a difference. I poured some water into one of my clear colorless drinking glasses to compare and it does look very clear in it so now I know for sure it’s the pitcher, (I would send a picture if I could). It does taste good, though, (not as tasty as Britta water, in my opinion, but that’s okay). I doubt I would have purchased this product if I had seen in person what the water looks like; I want the water I drink to look pure and clean in its pitcher, that’s important to me. I keep my pitcher on my white kitchen counter so I see it all the time. Glass with a blue or green or no tint would be better. On another note: the 30% discount for filters came almost immediately after receiving the pitcher and expired way too soon, within days. I’m going to miss out on a very good discount because I didn’t decide quickly enough that I was satisfied with this product. More time should be given for that discount.”

“I was looking for a sustainable water filter pitcher and I liked this one, it delivered I expected the issue I would run into is maybe the handle would break but what I'm actually struggling with is the moldy bamboo lid. I keep it fairly clean but maybe if it's hot out or you fill it too high it will mold? I don't really know if it affects the quality of water I drink. But it's very aesthetically pleasing and I would maybe purchase a water bottle from them too.”
“It looks good on the counter, is a little heavy when full but not an issue. I have a hydroviv filter under the sink and register 7.74 out of the faucet and out of my invigorated water pH restore pitcher I get 8.2 so almost a .5 increase. I was told it would raise the ph from .5 to possibly 2.0 depending on what the pH out of the faucet was. I am using a vivosun digital tester. I will say I emailed twice with questions prior to my purchase and both my emails were promptly returned and my questions answered. I would have been happier with a higher pH reading, I was hoping for a ph of 9 but this prosuct and company deserve a 5 star review because of the quality of product and service and again i was told i may not get more than a half point increase in one of my emails. Thank you i use it every day.”
“I just love the design and ease of having filtered water within reach at all times. Glass is a very important factor when making this purchase. I've been using my pitcher for about 2 months now and I LOVE IT!!! I purchased a pitcher for my mom and it arrived broken, due to a shipping issue, not packaging. “Best Water I have ever drank, tasty and healthy. After doing some research, I never knew how unhealthy bottled water and filters like the Zero are. They do strip the bad heavy metals but they also strip all the good base elements that our bodies require.
