“The filter came through broken at the bottom and the beads fell out into the bottle. I contacted customer service and they said they were sending me a replacement filter. That was a wee ago and I have not received the replacement as of this date. The tracking says it is still awaiting shipment as of a week ago. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. However, my previous purchase of the RESTORE pitcher was excellent. I wish I had gotten the stainless steel bottle with the bags instead.”
