“This is a large beautifully designed umbrella, with handy reverse opening style and UV 50 protection which is great for the tropics. Unfortunately we discovered a flaw in the structure of the one we ordered but after supplying IOco with details and photographs of the problem, they very promptly supplied a new replacement. That's excellent service - thank you!”
