“Could have done with air conditioning in the lounge/ kitchen which was located on the top floor as very hot but we did get a air conditioning unit delivered within a couple of days we were travelling with a 4 month old so spent the first few days in the bedrooms but dealt with very quickly”

“The kitchen is becoming dated and needs some cosmetic repairs. Also a lick of paint is needed on the outside of the property. Also the Villa could do with better cleaning. Dust is building up on window sills and a few stains on bedsheets. Also the BBQ didn’t work and the gas bottle was empty. I requested a refill from the local rep but they didn’t change it so that was a major issue for us. There is also a cracked tile in the pool which resulted in a cut toe, very minor cut but nevertheless please raise it with the Villa. We think it’s located on the steps on the right hand side as you look towards the wall but we couldn’t find it. However, we loved the property. Great location and apart from the above issues we had a super time. We would go back to Royal Westmoreland and if the BBQ worked and the cleaning was better it would have been perfect.”

“Keisha our housekeeper was absolutely amazing - 10* for how she looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. She was wonderful, friendly and kind. The house was tired, very tired…it is in desperate need of a new kitchen…grubby cupboards with bits peeling off…. The railings down to the pool were a health and safety hazard and had a caution sign up - this was never attended to while we were there!! The railings on the verandah felt unsafe and were wobbly. You may wish to change the cover image for this property as it is very deceiving….looks like you have a view to the sea when in fact the photograph was obviously taken years ago before the properties in front were built. New towels and beach towels are also required. Overall disappointing given the money that is charged for a 2 week stay….good Job we had Keisha looking after us.”
