“Coral Cove 1 has a fabulous location right on Paynes Bay Beach. The housekeeper (Stacia) and the security team (Devon and Joseph) are fantastic and are keen to ensure you have a good vacation. We have rented a number of units at Coral Cove and unfortunately Coral Cove 1 was a bit of a dissapointment. The unit needs some investment by the owners. Towels and linen, while clean are worn and in need of replacement. Bathroom fixtures needing repair (loose shower knob, missing toilet paper holder). Overhead fans are old and noisy. Kitchen appliances need an upgrade (we had to go and buy our own blender to make daiquiris as the unit didn't have one), pots and pans are well used and old, and not a lot of dishes/bowls that you would usually expect to find (e.g., no bowls for salads, snacks, pasta). Outdoor patio is lovely, but furniture is old and worn, as well the awning doesn't work which would have been nice to have available to give some shade and added privacy from the units above. Unlikely that we will book Coral Cove 1 in the future as the other units in the building are of higher quality and provide more amenities you would expect to find.”
