“While possessing the amenities advertised, this is a very worn property with deferred maintenance. Holes in the roof, no screens in most of the windows, grass growing in the cracks around the pool capping, etc. It is clean and pleasant, but would not return. It was also extremely hard to find as (unlike the other villas nearby) there was no signage on the gate or fence. Just a design on the gate post that kind of, might be a sand dollar. Not that you would notice it after a long flight driving around in the dark in an unfamiliar area, but we finally got there. There were a couple of other problems with the property, but the management company on site was very prompt and responsive.”
